Dallin Cottle
Founder & Fractional CMO | ROAR CXO & ROAR Media
Helping real estate investors, founders, and growth-focused companies cut marketing chaos, build high-velocity systems, and scale with clarity and confidence.
About Dallin Cottle
Dallin Cottle is the founder of ROAR CXO and ROAR Media, and the marketing leader behind some of the most aggressive real estate investors and growth-driven companies in the United States. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2017, after leaving corporate sales and advertising, by launching his first wholesale real estate company, which he then pivoted into high-velocity marketing leadership.
With over a decade of experience in business development, paid media, funnel strategy, and data-driven marketing systems, Dallin brings a results-driven, operator-first mindset to every engagement. His work spans solo founders, scaling service businesses, real estate investors, syndicators, funds, and national organizations, including marketing strategy work for organizations as large as the United States Air Force.
From Startup Hustle to Fractional CMO Leadership
Dallin started by working with any client he could find, like many early-stage founders. As referrals grew, he realized his biggest impact came from helping ambitious entrepreneurs who needed more than marketing execution; they needed direction. That focus led to the growth of Divulge Marketing, the rebrand to ROAR Media in 2020, and ultimately the launch of ROAR CXO, where Dallin now serves as a Fractional CMO helping leadership teams replace marketing chaos with clear strategy, aligned systems, and measurable growth.
Credentials & Experience
Philosophy
Dallin’s approach is rooted in clarity, accountability, and execution. He believes marketing should never feel chaotic, emotional, or disconnected from revenue. Every strategy should be measurable. Every system should serve growth. And every leader should have the confidence to step out of the marketing weeds and focus on building the business.
